The Welcome Center loves to provide tours for other OSU departments when possible!

  • Does your department have a visiting scholar?
  • Are you hosting a conference on campus?
  • Do you have distinguished alumni visiting?
  • Are you interviewing candidates for a job?
  • Are you a new staff/faculty on campus and would like a tour?

If so, please request a campus tour with us! We are open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the exceptions of holidays and select other large visit days, as noted in the form below. Once you submit a tour request form, our staff will get back to you within 3 to 5 business days to confirm your tour request and provide you information about where to arrive for your tour.

Or, come visit us at the brand new Welcome Center, located in Reser Stadium! The first floor of the OSU Welcome Center is open to the public during our business hours. On the first floor, we have display cases featuring unique OSU artifacts, including mammoth bones discovered on campus and Linus Pauling’s two replica Nobel Prize medals. Our displays showcase the very best of Oregon State – student life, culture, academics, research, athletics and more. We encourage you to come take a look at our displays, and you’re welcome to bring colleagues, family or friends with you!

We are located on the southwest side of Reser Stadium, near Gate F. The easiest way to find our front entrance is to type “OSU Welcome Center” into Google Maps, and it will drop a pin on our front door. The Welcome Center is conveniently located near the Beaver Bus shuttle stop for the Reser Stadium parking lot. If you are an OSU community member with a valid OSU parking permit, you may park in the lot directly in front of the Welcome Center, which is a C Zone lot. You can also purchase a visitor permit for the day, if needed. Parking permits are required weekdays from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m.
