The Welcome Center provides information and tours to prospective student groups about Oregon State University. Group visits are for high school or community college groups that are coordinated/chaperoned by an official staff member from that school. If you are an individual student/family, or if you are a group of friends with a parent traveling from the same school, and you would like to schedule an OSU campus visit, please use our daily visit registration process and NOT the group request form.
We offer high school and community college groups a 60-minute guided walking tour of campus and/or a 45-minute general information session with a student panel. So as not to overwhelm the campus community, we ask that you limit the number of participants to no more than 40 students. We require each group to have 1 chaperone per 10-15 students. Larger groups may need special tour accommodations and such arrangements will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To provide you with the best possible visit, we request at least 21 days to make arrangements.
Group visits are provided Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. during the year, excluding university holidays. For more information, please visit Frequently Asked Questions for Group Tours.
